Acho que a Air Tanzania oferece um excelente servico para aquilo que se propoe. Mesmo num voo curto ofereceu um rapido servico de bordo com bebidas (agua, refrigerante e suco) e um snack.

I was hoping that I would get a better experience on the A220. I was wrong. First of all, there was a delay for about two hours and similar to the disaster that happened on my previous ATCL flight, the airline kept lying about departure time. Once onboard, the crew again were very rude and did not have any patience for their passengers.

Long story short, one of the worst experiences I've ever had on a plane. Airline staff kept providing false information and there was a riot of angry passengers. In total the delay took about 8 hours and we had to be provided dinner outside the terminal. Once we finally got on board, airline staff were extremely rude and yelled at me to sit down. The airline uses an extremely disorganized system in which none of their flights are direct. At the same time they do not have enough planes. The chaos caused when one plane isn't working is just insane!
