This was my first flight on a QR 787-900 and it was excellent. I found the aircraft to be comfortable and a pleasure to be in.

Flying Economy on Qatar Airways felt like a punishment despite flying on my beloved Airbus A350. I did not get the selected seats as per my booking on the four consecutive 4 flights. Check-in has been slow and confusing despite the fact that I have done it online. Food does not reflect the brand image. The cabin crew has a low level of attention to detail. Even though I was seated far from the toilet, the smell of it could be felt. Very disappointed with this first experience (4 flights) with Qatar airways.

As always - Qatar is #1 in my book. From the second I'm checked in, I relax. Great staff, clean planes. I wish they would reinstate the leg to Buenos Aires but I flew from Buenos Aires to Sao Paolo just to catch Qatar and it was worth it.

The A350s of Qatar Airways are simply the best. I flew on one to JFK. They offer more food than European or American carriers! Qatar Airways deserves the title: "The best airline in the world." Cynical? Just fly on Qatar's A350s!

The crew was very professional and handled everything very well, all in all, I love Qatar Airways and it is my favorite Airline. I would 100% recommend for anyone to fly with Qatar Airways.

The Oryx entertainment system is simply amazing. Endless selection. Professional and friendly crew throughout the flight. Delicious meal, "Asian-inspired meatballs with rice".

Unmotivated crew, very lazy, not attentive at all, disappointing. Food on the other hand was excellent. Boarding by bus is low cost airline, shame on you Qatar, you are far behind a 5 star airline.

A low score due to being a bus gate. They held all business passengers until last because they never had a business bus. The complete opposite of priority! Ridiculous Also had to call and prompt flight crew a number of times for items already requested, or to clear meals away 30+ minutes after finishing. Not the qatar standard I expected
