The worst airline in 2023 I have ever flown, old aircraft, no service, poor bar but very good special meal (ordered seafood meal)

Crew and ground staff assumes you speak Russian, not even Azeri or Türkish. Otherwise the check-in counter at SCO was fine and helpful.

Flight made by Buta airways. We was almost late for our flight as it departured 20 minutes earlier than scheduled.

Indeed this flight made by Buta airways (low-cost doughter of AZAL). Inflight service was quite good for low-coster, there was even free big sandwich, but from drinks only water was free, for tea you should pay about 0,5 Euro. Also there is its own inflight magazine.

Everything is fine, I liked it !! Great company with delicious food. Take off and land ons were the best.
