usually i dont have a bad word to say about Delta however i wasnt overly impressed on this occasion - i booked and paid for an exit seat as at 6'7 i like a bit more leg room. i received my boarding card in London with that seat however by the time i came to board the aircraft in Amsterdam, my seat had been allocated to someone else! i was offered a window seat as a replacement however after pointing out that i paid extra, i was upgraded to comfort class.... not the same legroom as i would have had but better than economy! my IFE was working well until i went to see what the kids section was like - it then refused to let me return to the main section so i was stuck with Big Hero 6 and Pepper Pig for 8 hrs! i paid for the wifi - it was working really well then dropped out 2 hours before we landed - every attempt to get back on to it resulted in it asking me to pay again..... as always the delta crew were amazing though....

Flew the airline on a 1.5 hour flight. Before departure, our flight was delayed - FA's handed out water and snacks. In the air, Delta serves economy passengers the same snacks and water. Power outlets on a 15+ year old plane along with Wi-Fi. Very comfortable seats. Great airline.

Delta has done well with economy+ and the food was great but the A359 I was flying on was dirty.Boarding was early and we landed early so plenty of time to make my connection in Detroit.
