Si vous voulez un plat de fruit de mer et les aliments traditionals d'avion comme le pain au beurre, les melons, la salade des concombres, aiilez sur l'app de CZ pour choisir, mais attention, seulement 'disponible à l'aéroport SHA, non dans les vols qui partent de SHA

This is a good cheaper airline that will definitely save you some money and I would recommend them. Only problem I had was at check in.

Their a budget airline so you get what you pay for I guess. I didn't really have a problem once I got on the plane but before the plane at check in was horrible. I had to wait in line for 2 hours because their system crashed and couldn't check anyone in.

Onboard CZ3918 on 9th Feb 2022. The experience is horrible. This is a flight with more than 2-hour actual flight time but they don't serve any food at all. No meal, no dim-sum, no snacks. They are always trying to starve their passengers. Hard to imagine CZ is a full-service airline.

Service was pretty good, although ground crew were quite inefficient. Long line for boarding and flight was delayed, missed connecting flight because the flight was still at gate but the crew just said they finished boarding. That flight did not push back for another 5 minutes.

Great crew, great aircraft. Managed to leave my bags behind, dirty lavatories, mediocre food and headphones.

Boarding is easy, flight crew are nice, in flight service is of great quality. However, the entertainment is old and gets twitchy sometimes. No Wifi.

I had a free transfer guaranteed from hotel to airport, but nobody of hotel staff (guaranteed by China Southern also) didn't speak english! On the morning, staff show me text on mobile that no shuttle-bus and wi will take to another hotel for other shuttle-bus by taxi. But taxi driver drove us to airport shuttle bus and we musted payd 88RMB for tickets.
