The Ultimate Dash 8 Video (42nd anniversary!)

Welcome to a special edition BEST OF video dedicated to the Dash 8, pulling together some of the top footage we’ve recorded on several Dash 8 trips around the Arctic, here focused on Greenland and Northern Norway (with Air Greenland and Widerøe).

This video is Gabe’s nod to the anniversary of the first flight of the Dash 8 way back on June 20, 1983. Gabe is very into the Dash 8, as longtime viewers may have noticed.

It’s a big day as we take to the skies in the A380 cockpit for the first time on this channel, on a very special flight from Abu Dhabi to Singapore with Etihad Airways (EY498).

Today join Gabe as he boards the very special annual SAS Destination Unknown flight to a mystery city in Europe. Passengers have to be quick to grab a seat when these go on sale, and the payment is made with Eurobonus points.

Sneak peek at the SWISS A350 in final assembly!

Today we’re back in Toulouse with Airbus and SWISS to visit the brand new A350 taking shape for the flag carrier in the Final Assembly Line. This aircraft will be number two (the first is already painted and awaiting application of its very special “Wanderlust” livery).

How to pilot a 787-10 (FRA-AUH flight deck!)

In this video Gabe joins up with Etihad on their 787-10 “Greenliner” to fly from Frankfurt (FRA) to Abu Dhabi (AUH) on the flight deck.
