Impressive Bamboo Airways 787-9 business class: trip report from Saigon to Hanoi

In this video we take new, fast-growing and highly ambitious Vietnamese airline Bamboo Airways for a spin on one of the world’s most-trafficked domestic routes: Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi. And what better aircraft to try them out on than the 787-9. They launched operations back in 2019 but we had a global pandemic for most of that so most of us from outside of Vietnam haven’t had much chance to try them out.
So, what are they doing right? And might they just be bringing some much-needed long-haul competition to the market, and keeping Vietnam Airlines on their toes? Watch and find out. Photo credit: © Nicholas Kimura https://www.jetphotos.com/photo/10701666
