Video: Trip Report – FINALLY flying the 737MAX! Onboard Alaska Airlines 737-9 JFK to Seattle in First Class

In this video we hop aboard the 737MAX for the first time – flying the 737-9 with Alaska Airlines in First Class on the long transcontinental run from New York JFK to Seattle.

It’s always a nice time onboard Alaska Airlines but this flight did fall short in some ways. Be sure not to miss some of the incredible views we got – of the New York area and JFK on a big looping takeoff doing a nearly 360-degree turn over Long Island; of the snowy mountains of the American West; and of Mount Rainier poking above the clouds. Aside from that we run you through the service, the cabin and seat, and most importantly, we give you our verdict on the 737MAX. Is it better than the A320NEO? We have thoughts.
