  1. Bookmarks, bookmarks, bookmarks!!!!!!!!!! They were the best thing ever added.

  2. The weather layers have been on point recently with all the storm action in Japan and the Caribbean. Love watching those big ol airliners dodging storms. MARK W

  3. Everywhere whenever I travel from home, domestic or international and I hear aircraft overhead, I rush to take out my FR24 app. Who is it, where from, where to and look at the trail/flight path. I’m sure it makes my wife crazy when I stop when we’re hiking, grab the app, and have to catch up with her. I’m not a big techie, +70yo. I spent 12 yrs, retirement employment, with big airline in BOS. Who knew I was a latent AvGeek. Thanks for this product, love it!

  4. I use the 3D and tracking option. I work at a daycare and when the kids are on the playground, we always track the planes and wave at them. We hear them first and then we check them. Surprisingly, they’ve gotten so good, that some of the 4 and 5 year olds know the Florida and Georgia plane route!! Last week they spotted a low flying Cessna and waved big. They were (me too) just ecstatic when lo and behold, that pilot came back, circled twice overhead and did wing-tips for us above our playground!! I think I have some future aviation aficionados “on board” with this preschool group! Thanks Flight Radar!!

  5. Following! Hearing aircraft overhead and using the app to show my 10 yr old granddaughter exactly what it is, complete with great photos. Then we can follow it!

  6. Pointing my cell at a passing jet at 30 or 35 thousand feet, crusing at 450 mph and saying to my fishing buddy
    “They are headed to…wherever!!

The most exciting is when I saw an A380 cruising above my house in Milwaukee! It was like a big beautiful whale in the air!

  7. As another tracker mentioned, the layered weather maps are a great asset to the site, love watching them deviate about storm systems, especially when there is active storms on the approach at your local airport, navigating varies world hotspots, but generally I just like to track airlines of interest or if friends and family are traveling, or traveling myself, keeping an eye on scheduling times etc

  8. I am fascinated watching flights navigate around big storms AND watching the camera aircraft orbit a bit event, usually sports.

  9. Helps me in different ways. Firstly to track the flights of friends and relations. By tracking the routes of different flights can identify where other countries are in relation to my home. Very interesting.

  10. I wonder which planes are flying over my head right now. Also, the ability to replay my vacation flight from the footage and then view interesting places below me. And other interesting informations.

  11. My favourite feature USED to be the 3D option. I used to enjoy tracking aircraft over the ‘rolling’ map detailing places overflown. After the last update I no longer have this option.

  12. I enjoy the squawk pop up and then see how many others are following the same flight. Great to watch family members flights to and from home.

  13. I like double-checking my plane-spotting abilities (or lack of) and tracking Cal Fire Broncos\Turbo Trackers to see where the fires are.

  14. I like watching air craft taking off from diffrient aire
Ports from all over the country special Manchester
and east mid lands airport my local airport

  15. Everything! I bounce from subject to subject to discover what’s going on…before the news media!
