A Lufthansa 747-8I landing in Los Angeles

What’s on your avgeek bucket list?

We’ve been thinking about the dwindling number of passenger 747s and how we’ve not yet flown on the 747-8I. What flights or aircraft or experiences are on your avgeek bucket list?

  1. Hallo
I would love to visit the Boeing factory in Seattle.
I want to fly the Airbus A380 and travel around the world.

  2. Hoping to fly on a Delta A330neo towards the end of the year. Beautiful looking machine!

  3. Being up in the air for decades now I feel tempted to make sure to catch the (quadjet) dinosaurs before they finally leave the fleets, e.g. LH‘s A346, LH‘s B744, or DE‘s B753
At the other end I am looking forward to today’s option like finally getting to fly the ATRs which joined the OA fleet

  4. I really want to fly an A350, the A380, a Singapore Airlines plane and go to Singapore Changi airport and probably something else.

  5. I would love to fly on a eildwess airbus a340-300 and a united 757-300
    To different destinations

  6. I’d love to get my pilots license and own a Cessna 150

and id also love to fly on a
    -Qantas a350 (when delivered)
    -Qantas a380
    -a340
    -a330neo
    SYD-LAX
    SYD-SFO

    and fly to saint Maarten

  7. I got to fly on an Airbus A380 from Frankfurt, Germany to New York a few years ago (upper deck). That thing is a BEAST. Very comfortable and the staff handled all of the passengers quite well (I think it was Delta). I walked to the very back of the plane to see the circular staircase leading down to the lower deck. Quite a nice flight and plane!

  8. Always wanted the opportunity to fly on 747. With them no longer being utilized for passenger travel I most likely will never have the chance. Amazing watching a vehicle that size dance down the runway and then seeing her so smoothly lift off into the wild blue yonder….amazing everytime I’ve seen it!!!!
