Sorry Flightradar24, but allow more stuff on the silver plan, I bought it and am beginning to regret it.

Schedules flight times are displayed as gate departure/arrival times, but Actual times are displayed as takeoff and landing times. This is not very accurate. Could you fix actual departure and arrival time to gate departure and arrival time? I have reported this problem 5 months ago but still not fixed.
I would like to see a flight’s track but be able to dismiss or minimise the data box without also losing the track, just for a wider view. Please.
It is funny that Chris Kendrick said ATC feeds, because I have been thinking for a while that ATC feeds would be really nice. It seems that maybe FR24 could partner with liveatc.net? Maybe when an FR24 user clicks on an airport pin, there could be an option to listen to that airport’s ATC. I also agree that flight plans would be neat. The ability to filter by radar on the app would also be great. I think that adding filters to the search function would be nice. For example, if I want to find the flight number for a specific flight between LAX and IAH it is rather difficult to accomplish with FR24’s search. You could filter by airline, time, or even by type of aircraft used on the route.
Filter by bookmarked aircraft etc.. !

I am a Flightradar video creator on Tiktok and Youtube. It would be great to add Playback feature from 3D view. Because this 3D view is great but unfortunately it is not Playback yet! And maybe add audio from the plane of the conversation between pilots and ATC

I also second the comment about departure time should be out not off. OOOI matters.
Increase the number of KML downloads allowed, either via loyalty increases e.g. an extra 5 per day for each extra continuous year of Gold membership, or as an extra package you can buy.
Also in the flight history ensure that flights are in chronological order. If there’s been a diversion followed by a reposition then they are sometimes out of sequence. I suspect they are in your internal ID order, which is only 99.9% correct.
Flight plans! Being able to see the the waypoints would be so cool. I know another flight tracking site already does this so it is possible.
Also, globe view on the map.
Show the actual flight path, including the planned route. If I select an aircraft I would like see if it will fly over my location. Currently can’t do that easily.
Alerts when certain flights come near my location.
Bookmarked planes should have an area for a personalized note. Bookmarking the registration is great, but being able to add a small comment about the plane would be awesome. I bookmark special livery planes and would love to mark the various southwest planes as “Nevada One” for example. Also, i’d love to be able to customize alerts for arrivals at various airports. As i said, i bookmark a lot of planes and would love to get a notification that the dreamlifter or beluga i’ve bookmarked is arriving soon so i can look outside (i’m under the flight path). On a similar note, i’d love to be able to get alerts for diversions. There are a whole lot of narrowbody planes that come to MCO, but we have huge runways, and get a lot of Miami diversions of widebody’s in the afternoons if MIA has weather. Id love to be alerted to see the big 777’s, a380’s, 747’s, etc that make a quick fuel stop in Orlando while waiting for the weather to clear up in south florida. Lastly, i’d love for there to be an area to see the most bookmarked planes on the site. There’s a lot of cool planes out there, and i’d love to see a curated list of the popular ones!
Make it when your doing replay its in your time zone instead of always being in UTC
When filtering which aircraft and airlines you want to see, we should be able to favourite an airline or aircraft so we don’t have to scroll through the options to find them again
* Show more than 1500 aircraft at once…or at least show all aircraft that are traveling in sparsely flown areas and not all those bunched up in major hub areas
* Show weather radar
* Show flight plans
* Have a filter for aircraft that are diverting
* Silver Subscription Level has very few features included…at the bare minimum it should offer at least weather radar. If you are a paid subscriber, your help desk should reply to inquiries.
Can we bookmark each aircraft that I’ve flown on in the world to see when and where in the world they are.
Custom alerts which follow you around the country. I get alerts for my home area when I’m away. Bit annoying.
Ability to show planes on the ground, even without ADS-B enabled with filters. For example, if I have a filter to show all A380s or 5 particular tail numbers, I’d like these planes to show up on the map, even if the planes are on the ground and not active.

I think most people who use FR27 in a professional capacity would love to see ‘off-blocks’ times rather than ‘airborne’ time as so much performance and activity is centred around that time rather than airborne.
Also maybe the option to get an alert when a chosen flight passes a chosen time (10 minutes, 15 minutes) before the latest estimated time of arrival.
Combine the runways (Airport-General-Runway details) so e.g. 04L and 22R becomes 04L/22R to simplify the view.
– Be able to filter once we are in the playback, because currently we have to filter before entering the playback
– have the possibility to specify the day of a flight we put an alert on
– see the filed route to compare with what’s actually being flown

Flight plans as mentioned in other comments would be great. I’d also love a personal-use API – I have a split-flap display on my wall and being able to have it use FR24 to randomly show some live arrivals and departures for a given airport would be fantastic.
Make my web based filters are available on my phone app. I’ve spent quite a lot of time making those.

When searching a route in the main search bar (LHR-JFK for example), show a list of today’s flights and the times in chronological order. I vaguely remember this used to be the case, but at the moment it’s a big long list of flight numbers and many might not be on that day. Maybe do a today section and then below a “the rest” section?
Have some community driven notes regarding most tracked flights. I’m always asking myself why a particular flight has thousands of people watching it. Maybe could have it so everyone can contribute then some software deciphers it to get a general idea of what people are saying. Or maybe just allow “trusted” users to submit and everyone else can rate the explanation giving it a higher ranking. Highest ranking is automatically visible maybe

Gate arrival/departure times would be great but only in addition to the take-off/ landing times, not as a replacement. The user should have the choice between one or the other.

Small thing: In multi view, you can’t click on any of the planes to at least go to its location. So when you share a multi view on Twittery it’s basically useless as I start on a screen with none of these planes on it.

More detailed and more frequently updated weather radar layer for UK/Europe similar to what you already get for North America – eg as available on Netweather.tv. Ability to see headings and altitude selected on aircraft fmc.
Also would like to see an option for “super small” icons and labels, at least for PC version, with ability to choose different colour for label data, such as bright green or yellow.

More map styles on iOS. My favorite is the Aubergine that is available on my desktop. Also in 3D view show the other aircraft that are around the flight you are tracking. Currently it just shows the label and trail.
Allow filters for 7700 alerts. I don’t care if a C172 is having trouble in Idaho!
Make the playback NOT in UTC but in the phone’s set time zone PLSSS. Also, make searching a flight easier and I think it’s not free.
Look at the subreddit. The majority of the posts are people asking why flights are tracked. Have some sort of annotation about why flights are popular would be great! I don’t know if having public people commenting on it would be good but, some sort of comment would be lovely.
I’d love if when you clicked on a plane and it said which airport its going to/from it also said which country those airports are in? Like a little flag under the airport code would be epic. Also live camera feeds, flight plans and globe view please ^_^
I wonder what a heat map of planes squawking 7700 would look like. In other words, a stationary dot placed on the map at the point in which a plane begins squawking. Probably would not show anything odd but might be very interesting if it shows unusual activity in a particular area.
Allow alerts for aircraft to be triggered when they come within say a 50 mile radius of you wherever you are. Call it “location based alerts” because at present when I move location I have to reset all of my alarms manually.
Can we have heading information in the Aircraft labels?

All of the above suggestions, plus the following:
+ More flexible custom alerts filter setup. Possibility to refine the logical conditions (AND/OR) and the geographical area ( aircrafts around me as also pointed above, would be nice for getting our eye up in sky)
+ I would like to define a custom alert for all flights with a specific destination, or origin, in a specific location, irrespective of having to first define airline or registration etc.
+ Possibility to associate a different notification sound to a custom alert?
+ Once created these alerts could be available in the web application and the phone app. No need to setup twice.
+ Also the filter definitions are not synced between web and app. (Last time I checked it wasn’t)
+ When checking the details of a flight (in the app at least) I once had the chance to check which FR24 receiver was picking up that aircraft signal. Now it’s not possible.
+ Web app has te possibility to filter the aircrafts being picked up by “my” FR24 receiver. The phone app does not. (Last time I checked it didn’t)

The ATC feeds . Touch the aircraft icon and have the ATC live feed for that aircraft . Make it a platinum service with a significant premium. I am in.

The ability to text the pilot as he flies over my house, just to see if he/she is having a good day. Failing that, being able to listen to ATC. Also an alert when any plane takes off from anywhere in the world that is heading for a particular airport, like the other well known app does.
The ability to have different aircraft icon colors for different routes in the same filter set, e.g. orange icons for ORD, blue for LAX, red for LHR, yellow for NRT.
ATC feeds and the channel the flight is currently talking to. I use LiveATC and try to find the channel to listen to the pilots talk but often times I have trouble understanding which channel or tower the flight is talking to.

An interactive map with complete airline routes of the world. Many kinds of relevant data could be made available in the map.
First a moan: I have asked more than once before without any response. In the real flying world (I am a retired pilot and air traffic controller) a heading is always expressed as a three digit number, northeast is 045 degrees and never just 45. You take pride in getting most things right so why not headings ?
I watch inbound sequencing at busy airports/fields – takes me back to my days at a busy military base – and it would be nice to have the ability to put an electronic final approach path on screen, say out to 20NM with suitable range marks (just like the controller has) in order to watch the accuracy of sequencing.

FR24 is a hard drug and the addiction is very powerful, so I ask that withdrawal treatments be established to avoid losing my job and my wife.
I ask that the possibility of using this product be very strictly controlled and that any abuse be very severely punished !

I would like to see 3d and birds eye view of global cities and land marks. The pyramids, for instance, i watched a 737 fly right over them at 3800 ft this morning…the were flat a paper, it was pretty funny. D.C. and Pearl Harbor would be nice …just, everything, everywhere. Even flight simulators have 3d rendering
Three things.
Make the plane symbols accurately reflect the plane type. A 737 is not significantly larger than an A320, and a Cresco top dresser is not the same as a 737.
More info for silver, it’s thin on detail.
In the 3D view how about an accurate landing relating to the actual height of the aircraft. Be great to see an undercarriage come done and planes not did along the ground well short of the runway. Simply doesn’t look good.

Turbulence maps and alerts for aircrafts with unexpected / out of the ordinary behaviour
A couple of years ago, FR24 was showing how many planes in total were currently flying in the world or as per zoomed-in view, like say around your town or above your own country like ie. 14.000 or 100 or 20.
When in 3D View and on hand control part, it’d be great to see the control deck and windows like you was actually in the cockpit.
Long missing is an overlay showing the gate numbers at airport terminals!
I would like to see the aircrafts page (the past flights like the one you get when you search up a registration number) when I tap on the registration number on the lower right side while viewing on the live page. It would be easier and would let us skip the step if we want to see the aircrafts past flights while viewing it live on the map.
It would be really nice, to get ATC feeds, maybe a partner with liveatc.net . This would be really cool

Pretty much agree with all comments so far. I am also a silver user so some increase in the benefits would be good. Really like the idea of flight plans and waypoints.
However, one negative I need to point out from the recent upgrade is that amongst all the new filters added, the one to remove all GROUND VEHICLES seems to have been removed. Can this please be restored as these vehicles seriously clog up the maps around airports.

I would like to see, say for instance, I click on American Airlines and all their routes or destinations come up and I can choose by plane size or destinations. I would very much like to see all life flights helicopters and fire fighting aircraft and would even more like to see ALL military flights, all of this in real time.
I would really like is a new feature that allows you to set a flight alert by a specific date, a feature that Flightaware has.
I would appreciate the ability to have favorite map zones: I would like to quickly zoom in to those zones by clicking a bookmark (stores rectangle coordinates and map zoom level).
I host one FR24 receiver (F-LPCR3), and so I have the Business plan.
Yes we already can define a filter based on the receiver code. But… Any chance that I can define a custom alert as soon as a certain flight/aircraft/ etc is picked up by “my” receiver? Or any other defined receiver?

Love the app and website and use it daily! I track a lot of flights and one thing that would be helpful is when you select one aircraft to track and you use the follow button to keep it in view, you can hardly see the plane because of the Info box that pops up to the left (this is on the pc mainly). It would be nice to deselect the info box, but keep the flight highlighted and tracked with perhaps a smaller info box with basic info only.
Would something like this be possible?
