  1. Nearly 3 hrs delay of our Swiss flight from ZRH to NCE yesterday Jan.8 while waiting to be de-iced. But great crew who offered complementary extra drinks and snacks. Very Good customer service !

  2. On Saturday, we tried to fly from Amsterdam to Curaçao, and our flight got cancelled due to the US conflict in Venezuela. We rebooked our holiday and went to Egypt instead on Monday, Jan 5th. We were in the plane for our 10:25 departure, spent a further FIVE HOURS on the plane at the gate getting snowed in. Eventual departure 15:27 after a quick de-icing at the gate. All this with a 3 month old baby in the middle seat between us, sleeping through the mess!

  3. My flight from Zurich to Amsterdam (originally scheduled for the evening of January 5th) was cancelled thrice before I was able to rebook for the 9th and even now I keep refreshing the KLM app, the Schiphol app, and flightradar every 5 minutes to check for delays or cancellations. The KLM customer service line wasn’t even ringing, it would go straight to busy every time I tried to reach them.

  4. Just a five day delay in returning home. No school, no job yeah but five days more of hotel, meals…Schiphol completely mismanaged!

  5. My KLM flight on a A321-200neo brand new (Think registration was PH-AXA) was cancelled from Amsterdam Schiphol to Manchester Airport due to really heavy snow fall.

  6. Been trying to return to the States from Italy since Friday morning. So far, have made it as far as Charles de Gaulle. Argh.
