Augmented Reality View is the perfect way to identify flights passing overhead just by pointing your device at the sky. Tap AR in the app and point your device at the sky and AR View will overlay details for flights in the area, like flight number, route, aircraft type, and more. We love AR View so much, we want to see your AR View photos! We’re giving away a Flightradar24 Business subscription to one lucky grand prize winner and 3 Gold subscriptions to second place winners for the best AR View screenshots.

How to enter

  1. Open AR View on your device and point it skyward.
Tap the AR button on the menu bar in Flightradar24 to begin AR View

2. Take a screenshot while using AR View on your device and post it on Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #FR24ARView, post it to our Facebook page, or email it to us at

All entries must be posted by 11:59 UTC on 20 December 2018. Winners will be chosen by a panel of Flightradar24 staff on or after 21 December.

NOTE: You’ll need to give the app permission to access your camera and location while you’re using it in order for AR View to work.
