Flightradar24 is so much more than a great way to track flights, it’s a window into what’s happening in the world – right now. If you’re using our mobile apps, the easiest way to get this information is to use the features contained in our pull down menu.
Swiping down from the top of your screen reveals an array of data on flight tracking trends, as well as a handy place to easily access items you find the most useful. Here’s what’s included…
- Most tracked flights – a list of the top 10 most tracked flights by number of users following them. You can see how many people are following a flight, as well as the route, flight number and aircraft type.
- Disruptions – using data from our Airport Disruption Index, here you can see a list of top 10 airports worldwide that are experiencing delays. You even get a summary of the weather at those airports – one of the more common causes of disruption.
- Bookmarks – you can save your favorite aircraft, flights, airports and locations here for easy access at any time. You also get a summary of where your bookmarked aircraft are currently located.
- Statistics – here you can see a summary of the total number of aircraft we are currently tracking, and how we are tracking them (using sources such as ADS-B, MLAT and FLARM).

What if I am using Flightradar24 on a web browser?
If you’re using Flightradar24.com, this information is also easily accessible at a glance. The most tracked flights, airport disruption, bookmarks and statistics widgets are located on the left of your map, and are easily collapsed or expanded by clicking the arrow next to each.
Do you make use of the information in the pull down menu in our mobile apps? Let us know in the comments.

There should be a way to get rid of the non-flights on the most tracked flights. I’m talking about the ground equipment. I don’t understand how tens or dozens or more people can be interested in ground equipment.
How/why can ‘most tracked flights’ indicate more ‘grnd’ views than flights? Not logical!
In “Most Tracked” Aircraft, you ALSO get ‘GRND’ targets, i.e. tugs, sweepers, inspectors etc. This should be a user choice toggle switch. Many, many times I’ve seen half the list filled with this -non-aircraft clutter. (it seems that the dutch are apparently often fascinated by GRND targets; sometimes into the hundreds for a single GRND target)
FR24 ……. Tugs are NOT aircraft …………….
Thank You …………….
Thanks for the article! I will start using these features more.
You’re very welcome! Enjoy.
