We asked what we thought would be a quick question, but the response was overwhelming! We asked for your favorite pilots to follow on twitter and it turns out you have many, many favorites.

With over 400 replies and nearly 1000 responses, you shared a wide array of pilots with us, from long-haul captains to military pilots to low-cost carrier first officers and many in between. Looking at the responses a few trends emerged. First, British Airways pilots seem to be the most active as a group. Second, the most popular posts by pilots are night photos from the flight deck. Third, a lot of you want a list of pilots to follow on twitter.
To that end, we’ve compiled a Pilots on Twitter list. If you’d like to make sure you’re following the pilots on the list, you can check here. If we’ve missed one of your favorite pilots, tweet us with the hashtag #FR24pilots and we’ll add them to the list.
