Watch the Massive Exodus of Private Jets after the Super Bowl

Each year, hundreds of private jets flock to the city hosting the Super Bowl. This year, hundreds of jets arrived in the Minneapolis area over a few days, but they all want to leave quickly when the game is over. In the 24 hours after the game, watch nearly 500 private flights depart the city.

We captured flight activity departing Minneapolis from 8:00 pm local time (02:00 UTC) on Sunday evening, though private departures begin to flood out at about 10:00 pm local time (04:00 UTC). Flights in blue are regularly scheduled commercial flights, while flights in red are private flights departing from the Minneapolis area.
