Finnair is celebrating its 100th anniversary with special Moomin character liveries on a pair of aircraft. Moomins, the classic Finnish cartoon trolls, adorn the aft fuselage of two Airbus A350s. Drawings of Moomintroll and Snork Maiden are accompanied by the phrase “Bringing us together since 1923.”
OH-LWO
A350 OH-LWO left painting in Hong Kong on 16 March and is currently spending its time on Finnair’s Los Angeles and Tokyo (HND & NRT) routes.

The original Finnair Moomin liveries
In 2006, Finnair added special Moomin liveries to MD-11s OH-LGB and OH-LGF. Both aircraft were used on the airline’s flights to Japan as well as other select destinations.

It was great experience when we traveled by finair. We traveled on November 8th 2022 from JFK to Mumbai. The flight crews were very cooperative & humble. They treat us as a guest. We enjoyed the the layover at Helsinki airport. The flight was in time. The landing & take off was very good. We traveled 1st time with finair. We recommend this airlines to our relatives & friends.
