Introducing the Flightradar24 API

We are delighted to announce that the Flightradar24 API is now available.

Our REST API grants you immediate access to real-time flight data.

What do you get?

The API gives you live access to real-time aircraft flight movement information including latitude, longitude, speed, and altitude alongside key flight and aircraft information such as origin, destination, callsign, registration and equipment type. All powered by the largest independent ADS-B surveillance network in the world. You also get real-time data on airlines and airports.

What are you waiting for?

Here are the simple steps you need to follow to get started with the Flightradar24 API.

1. Get access to the API

Log in using your Flightradar24.com account and subscribe to one of our available plans to unlock access to the API, or use the Sandbox environment to test the API for free.

2. Secure your API token

After gaining access, you can visit the Key management page to generate your first API token.

3. Explore the documentation

Our comprehensive API Documentation will help you to familiarize yourself with the endpoints, parameters, and responses, setting the stage for smooth API interactions.

4. Discover the API playground

Access our API playground through the documentation and start making requests. Experiment with different parameters and see real-time responses to get a feel for what our API can do.

5. Leverage our code samples

  1. As a Flightradar24 subscriber (not API), can we get some basic access without additional fee, please?
An API like how many AirFrance in the air, and/or follow a limited number of flights, etc.
    Thanks in advance.

  2. As a contributing FR24 feeder, please consider to give us the “Explorer” plan for free.
I’m interested to find a way to collect some informations not transmitted by the ADS-B like the origin and destination airport of a flight; the API access will be perfect for this purpose.
If you think that it “too much”, perhaps data access could be limited to aircraft in the vicinity of our ground station.

    Regards

  3. can use this to give us more histroic data as its really expenvise in the plans so bussines and gold geet all the data you have
