FAA cautions pilots on autopilot modes

After the shallow departure by EK231 in Dubai in December and other flights, the US FAA has issued a Special Airworthiness Information Bulletin regarding autopilot settings on the Boeing 777 and 787, reminding pilots to follow proper procedures.
