Excellent
Boeing’s comeback is definitely noteworthy, but I’m curious to see how the Allegiant and Sun Country merger plays out. That’s a major shake-up in the ultra-low-cost market. Could it lead to more consolidation in this space?
Regarding the A320 deice / ditching button:
Between your recording (Tuesday) and publishing (Friday), was a significant day.
I don’t know the Wx at LGA was on 15 Jan 2009 (Google could probably find that!), but Chesley Burnett Sullenberger III and Jeffrey Skiles doubtless went through the checklist that included the “ditching” button on the A320 N106US.
Just an interesting (to me) little trivia item and connection.
