The early door function on gear doors is not installed on 787-800 (for what i know in my maintenance document), only on -900 ( and maybe -1000)
Hi Alan, thank you for the clarification, we’ve heard the same from another 787 pilot.
???? ….what would be good (in the future ) would be able to listen
to atc > > < < pilots .
The UK authorities have recently banned that from broadcastify even if most of the rest of world does it
In your discussion of the RAT you infer that RAT deployment means an Electrical failure. The RAT will also deploy with Hydraulic failure or Dual Engine failure,
Hi Jimmy, our intention was not to infer what may have caused the RAT to deploy, but to discuss its function when it does deploy. Thanks!
I hate to be that person, but the correct word is implied, not inferred.
A mature, considered talk about the crash, thank you.
If dual engine failure deploys RAT automatically, may I suggest QED?
Hey I don’t read any of the comments though I do like solving plane crashes so if anyone would like do put me to the test I’m up for it
I love plane mysteries
Does either host have any flying experience? Any time as a professional jet pilot?
Re. LOT and their order for A220-100 and 300’s. You questioned why they have ordered the smaller 100. One possible reason, is that LOT operate into my old employer London City Airport (LCY.) LCY can take the 100 but not the 300.
LOT currently operate into LCY from Vilnius, on what is in effect a contract from the Lithuanian government. They have also been looking to see where else they can operate into LCY from, hence the A220-100
