Dallas, new route for Fiji Airways.

The airline announced it will begin operating between Nadi and Dallas starting December 10th. Flights will be conducted three times per week on Airbus A350-900 aircraft configured for 334 passengers in two seating classes (33 Business and 301 Economy).

DFW will become Fiji Airways’ fourth U.S. destination after Honolulu, Los Angeles and San Francisco. In accordance with our database, the company currently offers 13 weekly flights to/from the United States.

Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday

Fiji Airways Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Andre Viljoen said “Introducing a direct service between Fiji and Dallas is a really exciting milestone for Fiji Airways, as we continue to increase Fiji’s connectivity with the United States and beyond offering our guests more travel options.”

“The new Fiji-Dallas service is set to bring more than 1,000 passengers a week into Fiji alone, helping to bolster the nation’s tourism industry. The overnight flight will also offer our customers increased connections to North America from the South Pacific and beyond”, concluded Viljoen.

“From ‘Day One’ our playbook has included significant growth across the Northeast region of the U.S. due to the high population density and limited nonstop travel options,” said Lukas Johnson, Breeze Airways’ Chief Commercial Officer. “As a result, our unique model of air service has been a game-changer for this area of the country, giving residents affordable flights from convenient airports such as Hartford, Westchester County, Providence, Stewart-Newburgh, and now, New Haven, just to name a few. I know that as more and more people experience our one-of-a-kind service and product, they will see what all the hype is about and why Breeze has grown so quickly in such a short period of time.”
