Delta Air Lines will expand its flights to Scandinavia, with new services between Minneapolis and Copenhagen. MSP will be Delta’s second route from the Danish capital, after New York JFK, its other seasonal service.
Operations will begin on May 22nd, 2025, and will run through early September 2025. According to its website, the airline will fly Airbus A330-300s with a capacity of 282 passengers, equipped with Delta One, Delta Premium Select, Delta Comfort+ and Main Cabin.

Air Serbia to fly to Shanghai
The airline will start operations between Belgrade and Shanghai Pudong as of January 11th, 2025. Flights will be twice a week with Airbus A330-200 aircraft configured for 257 passengers.
Shanghai will become Air Serbia’s third destination in China, following Tianjin and Guangzhou.

Vietnam Airlines inaugurates flights to Munich
On October 5th at 06:25 local time, Vietnam Airlines’ inaugural flight arrived at Munich Airport. The airline commenced services from Hanoi on Saturday, which it will perform twice-weekly on 274-seat Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner jets.

CSA Czech Airlines to cease flying on October 26th
Days before its 101st anniversary, CSA Czech Airlines, the flag carrier of the Czech Republic, will perform its last scheduled operations. The cessation of flights is a consequence of several factors, including major financial crises, the start of new low-cost competitors and the Coronavirus pandemic.
The airline has one active Airbus A320-200, which has a sticker for its 100th anniversary, celebrated on October 29th, 2023. Its only operational A320 has the registration OK-HEU, while the other has been in Sofia (Bulgaria) since the beginning of October, after a ferry flight from Bacau (OK-IOO).
Paris Charles de Gaulle and Madrid are the destinations offered by Czech Airlines. Smartwings will take over the CSA Czech Airlines operations following the suspension of flights.
